I'm sure Bolton Wanderers' supporters will be satisfied with the transfer business already going on at the Macron Stadium this summer following their return to the Championship after finishing second in League One last season.

Despite the finances constraints reportedly on the Trotters, that has still allowed the club to lure experienced forward Adam le Fondre on a two-year deal and is firm favourite among the faithful fans in the north-west.

This could have been funded by the departure of highly-rated youngster Zach Clough, which if that is the case then they can potentially afford to swoop for a second attacker during the transfer window.

Bolton have to make a move for Southampton rising talent Sam Gallagher after earning well-enough reviews on loan at Blackburn Rovers in the 2016/17 season.

The centre-forward, aged 21, netted eleven goals in the Championship last term and was only one of a few who came away from Rovers' relegation with any credit, and the Saints will be looking to ship the man out on loan again.

Whilst Gallagher doesn't seem to be a twenty goals-a-campaign striker he clearly has an eye for goal and his physicality could also prove vital for Bolton to reach their first aim of surviving the drop.

With the Trotters in financial difficulties at the minute, this player is the best value-for-money addition they can have up front and his goals alongside Adam le Fondre could single-handedly keep the club in the second-tier.
