Loads of Reading fans have reacted to the midweek performance on midfielder Pele, with the 28 year-old impressing despite the Royals falling to a 2-1 defeat against West Brom.

Things got off to the perfect start for the hosts when George Puscas fired them in front from the penalty spot after just 11 minutes after Kyle Bartley had handled the ball from a corner.

However, Matheus Pereira dragged the visitors level just 15 minutes later slotting home at the second attempt after his first shot had been saved by Rafael.

The Baggies edged in front just five minutes into the second half with Bartley atoning for his earlier misdeed, heading home Filip Krovinovic's cross to secure all three points.

Pele's display seemed to be one of the only positives fans were able to take from the defeat.

Since arriving in the summer, the Monaco loanee has become a regular in the side, impressing with his high-energy displays.
