After a slow start this season, it seems Aitor Karanka’s Nottingham Forest are beginning to show their true colours.
They’ve won far too few games to be counted as title challengers at the moment, they’re in fifth but are closer to QPR in 18th than they are Sheffield United at the top of the table.
They are tough to beat though and have only lost on one occasion this season, which is how they’ve been able to pot a course into the top six.
Whilst there’s always the possibility of losing a 2-0 lead against the likes of Millwall, the fine win against Boro shows on their day, they can match anyone in the division.
The key now is for them to identify the problems within their current squad and do what Karanka seemingly likes to do best; sign new players.
They’ve not been quiet this summer, but we think they’re three players away from a truly unstoppable side. Here are three players FLW thinks would enhance Forest in 2019.
