Reading fans have every reason to feel frustrated this season, with the Royals well and truly in a relegation fight this season under Paul Clement.

Clement has faced a number of questions about his future as manager of the club, but he still remains in charge of the Royals, despite Carlos Carvalhal being linked with the job at the Madejski Stadium for the remainder of the season.

The Berkshire-based side are currently sat 20th in the Championship table and recent memories of the play-off final defeat to Huddersfield Town will seem like a million miles away for supporters.

Many have voiced their displeasure at Clement's management of the team, and their may concern has been his reluctance to use the club's impressive academy players this season.

Many of the club's youngster's will feel as though they should be given a run in the first-team, especially given their poor start to this years campaign.

But which Reading youngsters will surely be demanding a loan move in January?

Find out here....

Loader is the brightest prospect to come out of Reading's academy in recent years and many fans would have hoped they would have seen him given a chance in the first-team this season.

But Paul Clement's reluctance to use youth players is evident and Loader would certainly benefit from a loan move elsewhere in January to fulfil his exciting potential.

House has been in excellent form for the Reading under 23's this season and at the age of 19, it could be the perfect time to move out on loan.

He could be keen to follow in the footsteps of fellow youngster Andrija Novakovich who moved out on loan and is proving himself abroad in the Netherlands.

The young Royals shot-stopper has had raving reviews about him in recent seasons and he will be keen to establish himself as first-choice goalkeeper at Reading in the near future.

But Southwood could benefit from a loan move to get valuable regular game time under his belt to further his development.
