It's been a tough season for Rangers back in the top-flight of Scottish football.

New Gers boss Pedro Caixinha has a lot of work to do over the summer months to really get his squad, where they need to be for next season.

Down in Yorkshire though, it's been a decent campaign for Sheffield Wednesday, who are still harbouring play-off hopes with just a couple of games of the season left.

And there's one Rangers man we think would do a cracking job down at Hillsborough and that's winger £255,000-rated winger Josh Windass, who has struggled for game-time on occasions at Gers this season.

He's often preferred from the bench and looks like he could be the sort of player that becomes a victim of managerial change.

He was signed by Mark Warburton and of course, Caixinha will now have his own ideas and strategies to implement at the helm of Ibrox going forward.

But he's an individual we think would do a seriously good job for the Owls.

Son of former Hull City legend Dean, son Josh is a tricky winger with an eye for goal and a serious burst of pace in his locker.

He loves getting at defenders and when it comes to direct forwards, there are few less so playing in Scotland right now.

But with his future looking uncertain due to Caixinha's arrival north of the border, he might be best to start looking at moves away this summer.

He could certainly do a lot worse than Premier League-chasing Wednesday, who will be keen to add to their ranks over the next couple of months too.

Wednesday fans, would you welcome the arrival of Windass if the club were to make a move? Leave your thoughts below!
