Birmingham City host Championship strugglers Reading at St Andrew's tonight with Blues manager Garry Monk looking for his third win on the bounce, against a Reading side buoyed after a win over Millwall at the weekend.

The Blues though, are on a nine match unbeaten run, whilst the Reading win though a vital three points, only papered over the cracks of the problems Paul Clement has at the Royals this season.

So will Birmingham take all three points against Reading tonight?

We discuss.....

Jacob Potter

The pressure is on Monk’s side.

With his side maintaining their unbeaten run, they will come into this one as favourites against a Reading side that have been poor this season.

But after their win over Millwall and the form shown by Yakou Meite in that win, Paul Clement’s side come into this one full of confidence after a positive performance at the weekend.

George Dagless

Yes.

I think Birmingham are a good side and they're showing signs of gelling which is a positive.

They clearly need to score some more goals but they do seem on the right path.

Jay Taylor

Birmingham have a solid home record, and it is mightily impressive.

Garry Monk’s side are unbeaten at St. Andrews and with reading having won at the weekend, that will give them an inflated sense of confidence.

A little too much, perhaps, that they underestimate their opponents.

I can see the Blues seeing off Paul Clement’s side.

Gary Hutchinson

Yes.

In doing so they could end Clement's spell as manager.

Birmingham have a unity and organisation that will see them win games when they need to.

Reading don’t have that.
