Sunderland's season hit a new low after being held to a 1-1 draw by Blackpool on Saturday.

While that point moved them one closer to the play-off positions, it also saw the Black Cats drop to 12th in the League One table.

It was another performance that left much to be desired for the deflated Sunderland supporters who are growing increasingly frustrated by what is shaping up to be another season of woe.

The Wearsiders may be nine points off the top two, but the display put in against the Seasiders has left much to be desired.

Supporters were left even more frustrated after the game when Phil Parkinson sent his assistant Steve Parkin to fulfil his media duties - something which left a group of fans feeling somewhat irked.
