Samu Saiz’s exit from Leeds United morphs into a thrilling ride under Marcelo Bielsa.

Leeds are looking to crack the code of the Championship and win promotion under Bielsa, with a return to the Premier League what they crave.

They are doing it the hard way, however, with plenty happening at Elland Road since Bielsa arrived in 2018.

Amongst plenty of chaos, Saiz departed Leeds and returned to Spain, with the playmaker exiting Elland Road on the back of an inconsistent 18 months.

His first season in Leeds saw him score five Championship goals and register a further seven assists, but his form after Bielsa’s arrival was patchy and he registered only four assists despite Leeds’ shift in mentality.

Saiz was out of the door by the turn of the year and a new chapter awaited in Spain.

But what memories do Leeds fans have of Saiz? @AllLeedsHQ asked the question…
