Hull City suffered a disappointing 3-1 defeat at the hands of bottom-of-the-table Barnsley on the weekend but Grant McCann’s side remain within five points of the top six.
The Tigers have been inconsistent this season, as their results over the last 10 days show – a 2-2 draw with Middlesbrough, followed by a 4-0 win against Preston North End and then a defeat at the hands of the Tykes.
The top six will still be their target in the 2019/20 campaign and so it should, considering the number of talented players in their squad.
With that in mind, selecting a five-a-side team out of the Tigers’ squad is no easy task.
Is there a space for the outcasted Markus Henriksen? Would Tom Eaves be useful up top?
We have a go at selecting one…
