There's a huge season on the horizon for Nottingham Forest in the Championship, with Reds supporters hoping that the upcoming campaign will be a whole lot more successful than the last.

The Reds just about survived on the last day of the season but there's thought amongst the supporters that nothing more than a top-ten finish next time out will do.

Of course, this is a club steeped in history but with the Championship growing more-and-more competitive each and every season, there's pressure on the shoulders of manager Mark Warburton to start delivering results early-on in the campaign.

And one man that is exciting us here at the FLW is young forward Zach Clough, who impressed when given the chance last season.

The former Bolton Wanderers man only scored four in 14 games last season and whilst he still has plenty to do on his goalscoring ability, the signs of quality are there for all to see and he's developing into a seriously quality young player.

His movement, skill and ability to run off the ball are superb and the goals will surely start to flow as he adds to his game and continues to get minutes at this level.

Of course, that's not going to come right away but he was frequently used by Mark Warburton last time out and there's no reason why he won't be a big part of the team again next season.

He's certainly a player worth keeping an eye on in the future - especially for Nottingham Forest fans.

With Assombalonga fighting fit again and the likes of Brereton and Clough competing for a starting place, there's hope that the good times might be back at the City ground again next season.
