The 2017/18 campaign was one of transition for Norwich City, who finished mid-table under Daniel Farke during his first year in English football.
It’s been a difficult start to the summer at Carrow Road, with two of last season’s most impressive performers departing for the Premier League.
James Maddison and Josh Murphy have embarked on new chapters, with that duo leaving and linking up with Leicester City and Cardiff City respectively in the top-flight.
Farke’s focus will now be on bringing players in, particularly in attack, with Norwich’s options looking limited after those key departures.
However, there is also a pool of talented players on Norwich’s books who perhaps aren’t ready for first-team football, but could certainly benefit from a loan spell away.
