Leeds United have enjoyed a fantastic start to the season, with Marcelo Bielsa's side looking capable of competing for promotion.

The Argentinian deserves huge credit for the work he has done in Yorkshire. In the space of a few months Bielsa has created a side with a real identity, style of play and one that supporters can be proud of.

That's reflected in the crowds, with over 30,000 regularly turning out to Elland Road to watch the side so far this season.

Given that, it's fair to say that there are some real cult heroes emerging in this Leeds side.

There have been many over the years, from the iconic Don Revie side to David O'Leary's stylish team in the early 2000s.

More recently, Jermaine Beckford and Luciano Becchio were fondly remembered from the Simon Grayson era.

Now, the likes of Pontus Jansson and Pablo Hernandez are well-thought of by supporters, and here we look at TWO more of the current group that are on course to be fan favourites...

The summer signing is a classy player and fans are always going to take to those.

It surprised many that Leeds were able to bring in Douglas this summer - and for such a modest fee, as he had proven himself to be excellent at this level with Wolves.

With his dead-ball ability and desire to get forward from left-back, Douglas could hold down the left-back spot for years to come.

Klich has turned his Leeds career around incredibly and that has endeared him to supporters who appreciate the effort and desire he had to do well.

The Polish international was frozen out last season and many felt he would be another bad signing to add to a long list in recent times.

However, he is a key man in Bielsa's side with his goals from midfield ensuring he is a growing favourite on the terraces.
