It is safe to say that Robert Snodgrass has struggled to discover his best form throughout 2017, with the winger failing to make an impact at West Ham United since his January move.

West Ham moved to send Snodgrass out on-loan over the summer, with the Scotsman linking up with Steve Bruce and Aston Villa in the Sky Bet Championship.

Snodgrass is beginning to look like his former self in a Villa shirt, with the 30-year-old already making a major impact back in the Championship.

Villa have won three consecutive fixtures in the Championship, with Snodgrass playing a key role for Bruce’s side, particularly in last night’s victory over Burton Albion.

Snodgrass scored one goal and created another, whilst also causing Burton major problems throughout the game.

Villa’s supporters are clearly delighted with the contribution of Snodgrass, who is proving to be a real fan favourite at his new home.
