Adnan Januzaj has had another poor loan spell away from Manchester United this season and the Belgian's time at Old Trafford is surely coming to an abrupt end.

But should he stay on for just one more season, the next spell for £5.95million-rated Januzaj could be key in his career.

Not for a long time have we seen a player with so much promise fail to deliver time-after-time and Januzaj's career at United is balancing on a knife edge.

But we think a move down into the Championship with promotion-chasing Aston Villa could be just the ticket to get his career started again.

It hasn't worked out at Sunderland this season and the tricky forward needs a change of environment at a level he can really impress at.

Villa will be pressing for promotion next season and they will need all the quality they can get and Januzaj would be a quality addition at this level, if they can get him playing to his best.

We saw glimmers of what he could do during David Moyes' spell at Old Trafford a couple of years back and if Bruce can tap into that once again, Villa will be pushing next season.

They need more quality running throughout the core of the side and Januzaj alongside Adomah, Grealish and Green would be a cracking option on the wing.

A slightly risky move but one that would really pay off it goes to plan.
