These are tricky times ahead for Leeds United and Garry Monk, who's Championship play-off push is beginning to teeter as teams around them gain ground on the top-six.

This has been a real season to write home about for the Whites, who, for the first time in years, look like a side that could make it back into the Premier League.

It's been years since that dreaded relegation and many have tried and failed to restore the quality at Elland Road, but it's something Garry Monk has done in a very short space of time indeed.

The former Swansea City manager deserves all the plaudits he can get right now and regardless of what happens at the end of this campaign, he should be given the trust of the owners to invest and spend again this summer.

But who should he move for, regardless of what division they find themselves in?

Here's the TWO make-or-break signings that could define the White's campaign next season...

Rolando Aarons

Now 21-years-old, Newcastle United winger Rolando Aarons is still yet to really hit it off at St James' Park, despite being around the first-team for around three years now.

The loan signing of Modou Barrow didn't really work out for the Whites this season and they could do with another wide option next season - and the Jamaican-born wideman could be an excellent shout.

Skilful, pacy and powerful going forward, Aarons needs football week-in, week-out and only then will we see his real potential.

Juan Zuniga

This is certainly a bold shout indeed and will certainly depend on how Leeds United's wage budget looks coming through the summer months.

He's not your typical player but a man with buckets of Champions League experience who is struggling to get a game at Watford right now-Juan Zuniga.

Competent on the wing or in defence, the Colombian has bags of pace and could be the perfect option down the left-hand side, especially if the Whites cash in on Taylor this summer.
