Millwall travel to Stoke on Saturday looking to continue their charge for a top six finish having been in great form under manager Gary Rowett.

The Lions boss used to be the manager of the Potters so there is more than just three points riding on the game for Rowett.

His managerial expertise has worked a treat at Millwall so far in the current campaign, and he's made them start to dream about the potential of the play-offs. The Lions had a busy festive period and will hope to have recovered from it.

Rowett has spoken of his relief to have got through the busy festive schedule and has been able to plan a bit better for the upcoming fixture against his former side.

He's main comments came when talking about how his side were going to approach the game at the Bet 365 Stadium, and he insisted that his Millwall team would go into the game with no fear whatsoever.

Alongside the comments made about the game, Rowett also singled out former Lions striker Lee Gregory for praise and said that he was a player that he followed since the striker had been playing for Halifax alongside Jamie Vardy.

It's set to be a really interesting clash with both sides going into the game on a high from their last league matches. The targets are different for either sides, but the outcome of the match could be so vital for either sides season ambitions in the current campaign.
