Fulham travel to Blackburn Rovers in the Championship tomorrow. Scott Parker's side head to Ewood Park with hopes of closing the gap between them and the top two. A win could see them go level on points with Leeds United in 2nd, but they face a strong Blackburn side who've lost just one of their last 15 at home. Speaking to www.fulhamfc.com about Blackburn's home record, Parker was admirable of the work that Tony Mowbray has done at the club, saying: “I think they’re unbeaten in 10 [at home] and the last time they lost was in September. He’s done a great job there, Tony, a really good job.
“I’ve been watching bits of them over the last few weeks and they’ve had some really good results. They’re very tough to beat at Ewood Park so it’s going to be a very big test for us on the road." Blackburn sit 10th in the Championship table ahead of the weekend, six points behind 6th-place Bristol City and looking to go five games unbeaten in the league, after a 1-1 draw at Middlesbrough last time out. The reverse fixture ended in a 2-0 win for Fulham at Craven Cottage, their first of the campaign with goals coming from Tom Cairney and Aleksandar Mitrovic that day.

“We played them early on in the season, the second game of the season. We won but it was a very tight game, a tough game as well," explained Parker.

Fulham take some good form of their own into the weekend though, having not lost since New Year's Day, and winning four of their last five league games.

Their 3-2 win over Huddersfield Town last weekend boosted them back up to 3rd in the table, and saw the return of the league's joint top-scorer Mitrovic, who's now on 19 league goals for the season.

"We’re in good form and we’re in a good place, but we’re under no illusions, we know the weekend is going to be a very, very tough game," said Parker.

They'll have to cope without Anthony Knockaert though - the Brighton & Hove Albion man is on-loan at Fulham and has missed the last three with a hamstring injury, but is expected to return at some point this month.

“Anthony Knockaert has trained over the last days so we’ll have to see how he goes tomorrow and if the weekend comes a little bit early for him,” Parker revealed. “But he’s certainly on the right track.

“Alfie Mawson’s come out of surgery last week, so he’ll be out for some time. Max Le Marchand is the same, and Harrison Reed there’s still an issue.”

It'll be a hugely entertaining game at Ewood Park tomorrow between two exciting, attacking teams in good form, and both with everything still to play for in the Championship this season.
