Luton Town take on Charlton Athletic this weekend, in what is a massive game down at the bottom of the Championship table.

A win for the Hatters could seem them move to within three points of the Addicks and give them a real chance of staying in the Championship.

Graeme Jones' side were adrift a lot further just a couple of weeks ago, but two successive victories have seen them challenge to keep their place in the Championship.

Ahead of the game, Jones has been discussing a lot of key issues regarding the side and the momentum that they have created ahead of the trip to The Valley.

Despite losing 13 games from 16, and at one point being adrift by 10 points, Jones has claimed this week that he never at any point felt like his players weren't putting in the effort for him.

He also expressed that when he was under pressure during the season, the dressing room never lacked in belief and they've shown it in the past two fixtures.

Another of player to talk to the media was Luton match-winner Ryan Tunnicliffe. The midfielder netted the vital goal at Middlesbrough last week to give the Hatters all three points.

He insisted that the side have now learned to play in the right areas, and are now understanding key aspects that include when is the right time to put the strikers in behind.

It's set to be a thrilling contest in Charlton on Saturday, and another win for Luton could give them a real chance of survival this season.
