Cardiff City travel to Stoke City tomorrow with the Bluebirds currently on the verge of the play-off chase in the Championship.

Harris has helped turn the club's form around since being appointed in November and he has led them up to ninth in the second tier with the play-offs just three points away.

The Bluebirds manager faced the media ahead of the Stoke clash and here are the main talking points from the pre-match press conference...

Influential central midfielder Joe Ralls has been out since the middle of January with a hip injury but Harris has confirmed that there is 'no problem' (15:15) after the 26-year-old returned to training.

Defender Jazz Richards has had to bide his time to get a chance in the Cardiff team this season but Lee Peltier's January departure has opened up the door for him.

Richards is out of contract this summer and Harris stated that the defender 'needs to focus on continuing his run of games' (15:21) when he was asked about the defender's deal expiring.

Winger Josh Murphy has been impressive for Cardiff over the last few weeks as he has netted five goals in six games and Harris said that 'his form has been excellent' (15:23) when he discussed the winger with the media.

The Bluebirds are currently embroiled in a push for the play-offs that would have seemed unlikely when Harris first came into the club.

They now find themselves within touching distance of breaking into the top six if results go their way and Harris said that the players need to 'embrace the play-off challenge' (15:28) with the business end of the season approaching.

Callum Paterson has been used as the main striker in recent games and he is still adapting to the role that he is being asked to play on a weekly basis by his manager.

Harris was complimentary of the 25-year-old as he stated that 'he has to keep improving and doing it' (15:39).
