Tomorrow afternoon, Bristol Rovers host Coventry City as the Pirates hope that they will be able to put their first three points on the board under Ben Garner, who was appointed manager last month.

It has been a busy few weeks for the new Rovers manager, who has been busy on attempting to shape his squad for the first time since arriving at The Memorial Stadium.

Having already made four additions to the Bristol Rovers squad this month, Garner has made additions five and six in the past 24 hours, first adding striker Timmy Abraham on loan from Fulham last night before bringing centre-back Cian Harries in from Swansea City for an undisclosed fee today.

Garner was delighted to add his new signings to the squad, and spoke about the pair in length during today's press conference (Harries 0:03 and Abraham 1:00).

Striker Tom Nichols has been the first outgoing of the deadline day frenzy for Bristol Rovers, heading out on loan to Cheltenham Town for the rest of the season.

Bristol Rovers and Coventry have already met twice this month, drawing 2-2 in the FA Cup before bowing out in the replay 3-0 away from home.

Of course, the sides come up against the Sky Blues again tomorrow, who are battling for a playoff place, and Garner was complimentary of the way that Coventry play and the job that Mark Robins has done with the club over the last few years (3:25).

The Bristol Rovers manager also confirmed that Liam Sercombe doesn't require surgery on an injury sustained a few weeks ago, and that he could be back within a matter of weeks (7:07).
