Leeds United remain third in the Championship after they ran out 2-1 winners against Blackburn Rovers on Saturday afternoon.

The Whites took the lead on the day through Patrick Bamford, who ended his goal drought to fire home from the penalty spot after Luke Ayling had been tripped inside the penalty area by Tosin Adarabioyo.

Bamford then turned provider as he teed up Jack Harrison to double the Whites' lead on the day, before Derrick Williams halved the deficit from close-range.

Leeds held on for an important three points which sees them stay two points adrift of league leaders West Brom in the league table.

Bamford's performance will certainly have caught the eye of Bielsa and the Leeds supporters, and he'll be looking to continue to impress as the season heads towards the potentially season-defining festive period.

Plenty of Leeds United fans took to Twitter following Bamford's latest performance.
