Millwall are back in action this evening in the Championship, as the Lions make the trip to the East Midlands to face promotion chasing Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.

Gary Rowett's side have been in the midst of a poor run of form in recent times, winning just one of their last eight league games.

Millwall sit in 10th place in the league table, and a win could take the Lions as high at 7th, depending on results elsewhere.

It will not be an easy test considering how well Forest have done this season, but the Lions can take comfort in the fact that they have not tasted defeat against the Reds in the last four meetings between the two sides.

Ahead of the big game, we pick the likely XI that Rowett will field for Millwall this evening...

Rowett is likely to switch back to a 3-5-2 formation away from home for this one, making four changes to the starting lineup in the process.

QUIZ: Can you name every Millwall player's shirt number?

Bartosz Bialkowski should continue in goal for Millwall, and the Pole will want to try and keep his 11th league clean sheet of the season.

The back four that was used against Bristol City becomes a back three for this game, as Alex Pearce, Jake Cooper and Shaun Hutchinson are all likely to line up in central defence.

Murray Wallace and Mahlon Romeo should stay in the wing-back positions.

Central midfield also sees some changes, as Shaun Williams is likely to make his return following a hip injury, replacing Ryan Woods.

Having recently signed a new deal at Brighton & Hove Albion, Jayson Molumby lines up alongside.

The front line is all change, as Tom Bradshaw, Matt Smith and Connor Mahoney all drop to the bench. Mason Bennett should start on the left-hand side, with Jed Wallace on the right.

Rowett is likely to opt for Jon-Dadi Böðvarsson as the main forward.

This is a key game for Millwall, and a win could be the kick-start they need to push on for the remainder of the campaign.
