If things go as planned down at Bradford City over the next week or two, they will be playing Championship football come the end of the campaign!

The Bantams grabbed a massive 1-0 lead in their play-off semi-final leg over Fleetwood Town earlier this week and it could prove to be a win that sees them progress to the play-off final at Wembley.

They've had a superb season down in League One and a return to the second-tier must be on the horizon, especially considering they've been digging in for a while now.

And there's one man that we think would do a cracking job at Bradford next season if they are promoted via the play-offs is £425,000-rated Leeds United defender Gaetano Beradi.

The 28-year-old defender has been in good form for the Whites when given the jersey this season but with a complete squad overhaul expected at Elland Road this summer, the Whites might be looking to offload the left-back considering he has just one year left on his current contract.

He's an attacking option as well as a competent defender and there's absolutely no doubt that he will be trying to bounce back from a season of disappointment at Elland Road.

But if a change is on the horizon then Beradi could do far worse than making the move to Bradford City, especially if they are promoted via the play-offs.
