Charlton Athletic boss Lee Bowyer will be hoping for a response from his side this weekend in Sky Bet League One, as they look to put a disappointing Wednesday night behind them.

The Addicks take on a Shrewsbury side that is at the wrong end of the table but they cannot take things for granted after being rather outplayed by MK Dons at The Valley earlier this week.

In terms of team news, Bowyer still has a few injury issues to contend with but could be able to call on a couple of faces that were not available against Russell Martin's men.

Paul Smyth remains out and will be sidelined for around four weeks as he recovers from a nasty knee to his leg that required stitches.

Andrew Shinnie, meanwhile, is a fresh injury concern after having to come off with a tight thigh at half-time on Wednesday, being replaced by Marcus Maddison.

Dylan Levitt and Deji Oshilaja are still in isolation periods, too, whilst both Ryan Inniss and Alfie Doughty will continue on the sidelines for a little while yet.

In more positive news, both Conor Washington and Akin Famewo were involved on Wednesday after recent fitness concerns, whilst Jake Forster-Caskey could return to the squad after resuming training on Thursday.

Ian Maatsen is also available once more having served a suspension on Wednesday night for accuring five yellow cards.

Which club did Charlton Athletic sign each of these 25 players from?
