Bristol City are gearing up to take on Huddersfield Town tomorrow afternoon at Ashton Gate as the Robins look to bounce back from their 4-1 drubbing at West Bromwich Albion on Wednesday night.

As with every game, the City supporters will be looking out for the injury news in the buildup to the game, to try and have a guess at which players are going to be starting and who's going to be missing out.

Lee Johnson has had to make do without two of his centre-backs over the past couple of games, with Czech Republic international Tomas Kalas battling a long-term problem with tendonitis in his knee, and he isn't expected to return for Saturday's game.

Bristol City have had more positive news regarding Taylor Moore, who underwent a scan earlier this week but his knee injury wasn't deemed to be the same severity as Kalas' and the young defender will be expected back imminently to boost the Robins' numbers at the back.

Lee Johnson confirmed that Callum O'Dowda, who played at left wing-back away to West Brom, was only withdrawn after 40 minutes because of a dead leg, inflicted by Jake Livermore's crunching challenge inside the first half.

O'Dowda is expected to be back for tomorrow's game after recovery, with centre-back brute Kalas remaining the team's only long-term absentee.

With Danny Cowley's Huddersfield visiting Ashton Gate in just over 24 hours time, Johnson will have almost a full squad to choose from as he looks to get back to winning ways following the crushing midweek defeat.
