Blackburn star Bradley Dack stepped up his recovery from injury as he played against Sheffield United in a behind closed doors clash against Sheffield United today.

The attacking midfielder has been brilliant for Rovers since joining from Gillingham in 2017 but he suffered a serious knee ligament injury in December last year which halted his progress.

Dack has been working hard to get back involved with the first-team and the club shared an image of the 26-year-old back out on the pitch as he played 45 minutes against the Blades.

Given his importance to the team, this obviously delighted Blackburn fans who recognise what a difference Dack can make to the XI. He had hit 24 goals in 64 games prior to the injury, which is a remarkable rate for someone who isn't an out-and-out striker.
