Despite no managerial news coming out of Elland Road, the club have began their summer business with the permanent acquisition of Hadi Sacko, who spent last season on loan at Leeds United.

The winger has finally brought something to be positive about for supporters and that may carry on throughout the coming months if impressive signings can be made in the transfer window.

One player who should arrive in Yorkshire in the not-too-far distant future is Sacko's fellow Frenchman Jeff Reine-Adelaide; a teenager currently plying his trade for Arsenal's reserves.

The 19-year-old moved to North London in 2015 for a fee of £2 million from RC Lens in France, although he hasn't quite broken into the club's first-team yet despite splendid reviews from on-looking scouts.

Reine-Adelaide had only played 511 minutes of football last season, so the Gunners may be aiming to loan him out to get more minutes and improve as an attacking midfielder - he did, however, get two assists in those six matches he featured in.

Leeds United need that French flair and that link-up alongside Hadi Sacko could be an exciting proposition for the Whites in the 2017/18 campaign, they just need to loan this player's name into their squad.

That exhilaration can often create a positive environment around Elland Road and that is exactly what Leeds supporters need if they want their team to challenge the other clubs in the Championship for promotion next season.
