It's been a summer of sharing so far for Birmingham City, with much more conversation being about their own assets than others.

It's been a hard couple of months for Bluenoses; administration, watching Villa go up via the play-offs, and the news that they will be sharing their ground next season with a local rival.

Things haven't been much better this transfer window - with perhaps the exception of the full-time return of Gary Gardner - as many players have been rumoured to leave the club in the summer.

One player who looks dead certain to depart is Che Adams. The 22-year-old currently has interest from a host of Premier League clubs, including Southampton, and the focus will not be on whether they can keep the player, but on how much they can get for him, and then whether they can reinvest appropriately.

Another City forward is generating interest in Isaac Vassell. Luton Town have allegedly made a bid for him - but the Blues are not keen on seeing him go due to doubts over Adams' own future.

With Jota also leaving, the sale of these players would leave a gaping hole in Birmingham City's attack.

Unfortunately for Birmingham, talks about incomings have been fairly quiet, but there are a few.

Here, we look at potential attacking arrivals at the club...

James Wilson

Birmingham Live hinted that City could be interested in making a move for ex-Manchester United striker James Wilson.

Wilson is now a free agent after being released by United at the end of the season. He spent the last campaign on loan at Aberdeen, and they remain the favourite for his signature.

Connor Mahoney

Connor Mahoney was a shining light for Birmingham during a tough season on loan from Bournemouth.

Fans are now hopeful their Young Player of the Season will stick around at St Andrew's, as the departure of Jota makes City look light on the flanks.

A deal looks a way off though, as Bournemouth want to take another look at him during pre-season.

Danish paper Ekstra Bladet - via Sports Witness - has linked Onuachu with a move to Birmingham.

Onuachu, 25, has scored 39 goals in 112 games for FC Midtjylland in Denmark, and has been linked to a move to Genk.

The club are allegedly wanting 70m Danish Krone for him, which converts to around £8.3m.
