It's been a tough campaign for Bristol City in the Championship but there's hope that with a strong summer, manager Lee Johnson might make a better push of it next time out.

The Robins boss has endured tough spells in the hot-seat at Ashton Gate this campaign and has had to endure his fair share of fan frustration along the way.

But with a strong summer, there's thought Bristol City might be able to aim for a top-half finish next season but there's one huge issue they need to get over in the coming weeks.

The problem?

Bringing in a replacement for Tammy Abraham, who, whichever way you look at it, has been Bristol City's biggest player this campaign.

The Chelsea loanee had been firing in the goals at Ashton Gate all season long but now he's returning to Stamford Bridge, Johnson must be considering a replacement.

And one man we at the FLW think would be a cracking replacement is £450,000-rated Hibs striker Jason Cummings, who has been in superb form as his side clinched the Scottish Championship title.

He's scored 23 goals and assisted 7 this campaign for the runaway leaders and despite Hibs being on their way back to the top-flight, there's thought that Cummings could be transferring away over the summer months after a superb season.

He's quick, has fantastic movement and a real eye for goal too.

Of course, he's relatively unproven at this level but after some strong performances this time out, he's the sort of reasonably priced player Bristol City should be targeting to replace Abraham with going forward.
