James Maddison looks set to be a wanted man in the summer window after a stellar campaign with Norwich City in the Championship.

Though the Canaries will not be getting promoted this season, that is not to say that they haven't impressed at times this year.

Surely, they'll be aiming to challenge more sternly for the top six next season and they'll feel that if they can keep their attacking midfielder they'll have a great chance of doing that.

That is easier said than done, however, with the Mirror reporting that both Liverpool and Manchester City are looking at bringing him in in the summer.

One can only get him if either does, though, so what if Liverpool end up missing out?

Here, we identify three players that could also be worth the Reds' time from the Sky Bet Championship...

Jack Grealish has had a good season for Villa and only a top-six club will surely be able to get him ahead of next season.

The Villans will surely do all they can to keep him but if a team like Liverpool decided they wanted him and offered big money, it would be hard to turn down.

He's shown he is getting back to his best and, therefore, he belongs in the top flight sooner rather than later.

Ruben Neves is a player plenty of fans of the biggest clubs in Europe are aware of.

Enough of them were linked with him last summer but Wolves pulled off some coup to get him to Molineux.

They're surely going to face a fight to keep him at the club now, though, and the Reds are one of the sides capable of offering the money required to sign him up.

Diogo Jota is a bright young player who is also capable of playing in the Premier League.

He can sometimes be inconsistent but he is still in his early 20's and so that will surely improve.

He's got great quality on the ball and has plenty of goals in him so, like Maddison, he'd be an extra creative player to add to Liverpool's already impressive armoury.
