It has been an excellent season so far for Millwall, with the Lions sitting in the play-off places.

After a ninth-placed finish in the Championship last season, Gary Rowett's side will be hoping this can be the year they manage to reach the top six.

An impressive recent run of form means that the Lions are currently sixth in the second tier heading into the World Cup break and they will be looking to continue where they left off when the action resumes.

Among the fans who will be supporting Millwall in their play-off push will be a number of famous faces, but which celebrities are known for their allegiance to the club?

Danny Baker

Baker was raised in Bermondsey, the location of the club's stadium, The Den.

The 65-year-old is a writer, journalist and radio presenter, best known for hosting shows on BBC Radio London and BBC Radio 5 Live.

He also appeared in the 2016 series of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! and was the first person to be voted out of the jungle.

Baker co-hosted a football podcast with Match of the Day presenter Gary Lineker between 2018 and 2020.

He has made no secret of his support for the club and regularly attends games.

Daniel Day-Lewis

Day-Lewis is an acclaimed actor who had a career spanning four decades. He has won three Oscars for Best Actor as well as a number of other awards, including two Golden Globes.

He also received a knighthood for his services to drama in 2014.

The 65-year-old is a supporter of the Lions and even recalled his days going to watch the club when he was younger in his 2008 BAFTA acceptance speech.

David Haye

Haye is a former professional boxer who was born in Bermondsey.

The 42-year-old was a world champion heavyweight and regarded as one of the greatest British fighters of all time.

Haye is not just known for his career in the ring though, like Baker, he also appeared on I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! and came third on the show in 2012.

He is a lifelong Lions fan and has regularly attended games and been a guest on the pitch.
