Mark Warburton's Queens Park Rangers succumbed to their biggest defeat of the season on Wednesday night, losing 4-0 to Nottingham Forest in the Championship.

It was a night, or rather a final-ten minutes that Warburton and co will want to forget. Forest had the lead at half-time thanks to Tobias Figueiredo but five minutes after the restart, QPR defender Lee Wallace was shown a straight red card.

QPR held Forest up until the 81st minute when Lewis Grabban grabbed the second, before Joao Carvalho and Alfa Semedo made it four in the final ten.

The loss sunk QPR to 16th in the Championship and extends their win-less run to six in the Championship.

In the latest FLW Six-Pointer, we asked whether Warburton is a man under pressure after that loss at home to Forest.

Was the scoreline a fair reflection of the game?

"Yes and no. QPR were competing with Forest for 80-minutes to be fair to them and that last ten minutes, Forest simply punished three lapses in concentration and scored three goals.

"That's all it takes in this league and there's no hiding from a 4-0 defeat. But the scoreline probably blows the loss out of proportion and though QPR are now 16th, there still only a win off Brentford in 8th."

What's happened to QPR recently?

"They started the season so strongly but in the last six games, that same 'clicking' and momentum has just disappeared.

"Whether the demands of the league is catching up on the players or Warburton's simply changed his tune with them, they just don't look like the confident outfit they were when they started the season."

Where's that confidence gone, and when did it go?

"The glaring fact that QPR still haven't kept a clean sheet will be hanging in the player's minds before they even get on the pitch. They need to play with more confidence but trying to pinpoint where it's gone wrong for Warburton, we have to go back to the Brentford game last month.

"QPR were in good form going into that game and Brentford not so much. Fans in blue expected an easy win in-front of the Sky cameras but Brentford won 3-1 and since then, QPR have gone from bad to worse."

Is Warburton to blame for the recent form?

"At the end of the day, the buck stops with the manager - if the players aren't performing then it's the manager who takes the fall.

"The start that QPR made have probably set their bar too high for this season. It's easy to forget that QPR finished last season in 19th and saw a mass overhaul of the club in the summer - Warburton will always take the blame, but he's certainly an improvement from last season."

So, is Warburton a man under pressure?

"Warburton is quickly coming under pressure, yes.

"There's the sense that if QPR lose heavily at Derby this weekend then Warburton's tenure will be really under the spotlight.

"A lot of fans are split though - some remember the woes of last season and are happy to take a 16th-place finish this time round, whilst others feel that they should be higher up the table."

How can Warburton turn his fortunes around?

"Warburton juts needs a win.

"Simple enough, but hard to execute.

"His side travel to Derby this weekend and with Derby being poor on the road, they'll be looking to take full advantage of QPR at Pride Park. Warburton still seems to be figuring out his best side and tactics so, in time, Warburton should turn things around."
