Peterborough United have enjoyed a decent first half of the League One season under Steve Evans’s stewardship.
The Posh currently sit fourth in the League One table with 22 matches played, below Luton Town, Sunderland and Portsmouth.
A win against Walsall this weekend could see them rise to within a point of the automatic promotion places, but a loss could see them drop to within a point of seventh.
The fans, however, were given some very exciting news today in the form of Lee Tomlin’s return to the club.

The 29-year-old scored 43 goals in 156 appearances during his first spell at London Road, helping them to win promotion to the Championship in 2011.
He made the move to Middlesbrough at the end of the 2013/14 season, scoring 14 goals in 64 appearances.
If he can find his form, there is little doubt that Tomlin has the potential to be the best player in League One, and that is a fact not lost on the fans.
Here is what they had to say…
WOW that is fantastic. @DMAC102 has his favourite toy back. Well done

Not normally a big fan of players returning but this is very exciting news for us. Looking Forward to seeing Tommo at his very best.
