Sheffield United head into their final match of the season in an enviable position, with automatic promotion to the Premier League already secured and an outside chance of taking the title if results go their way.

For Blades manager Chris Wilder the focus will now shift to recruitment with the players needed to mount an assault on the English first tier the priority.

One option considered will be a permanent move for loan goalkeeper Dean Henderson, who has excelled whilst on-loan from Manchester United this season, but the Blades will have to pay £7million if they want to take the 22-year-old permanently, according to The Sun (May 2, Page 56).

So, would United be making a mistake selling Henderson for £7million?

We discuss........

Louie Chandler

"Definitely.

"£7million for Henderson would be the bargain of the decade. The young shot-stopper is very good and will only get better.

"With United's own goalkeeping situation yet to be totally clarified with De Gea's contract set to expire, they would be wise to hold onto him."

George Harbey

"I’d say that it would be a bargain of a signing for Sheffield United.

"Of course, Manchester United have probably one of the best goalkeepers in the world in David De Gea, and probably one of the best back-up goalkeepers in the Premier League in Sergio Romero.

"But Henderson has a massive future ahead of him, and £7million is a bargain for a player who is likely to be called up to England sooner rather than later."

Benjamin Lang

"I don't think so. I can't see him getting a chance at Old Trafford.

"He is clearly happy at the Blades, and they are desperate to keep hold of him.

"Therefore, this deal makes sense for all parties, and United are also getting a decent fee for him."
