It's been a tough season for Wolves in the Championship and there's certainly work to do over the summer for manager Paul Lambert.

The former Villa boss endured a tough start to his career at Wolves but thanks to some superb end-of-season form, the Midlanders have pulled away from the Championship trap-door to finish comfortably in mid-table.

But with some real quality in their ranks in the likes of Helder Costa and Ivan Cavaleiro, the club should surely be looking to make a push for the top-six next season.

And one man we think would be a superb signing down at Molineux over the summer is Newcastle winger Rolando Aarons, who has been struggling for game time at St James' Park this campaign.

The £850,000-rated forward has featured just four times in their push for the Championship title this season, and game-time under Rafa Benitez looks to be limited when they begin their Premier League run in a couple of months time.

There's sure to be new signings coming in over the summer months too, which will only push him down the pecking order even further.

But what Wolves be getting if they made a move?

Well, they'd be getting a seriously skilful and pacy winger who has real potential but just hasn't been able to show it at St James Park due to some often fierce competition.

But if they did bring him in, he'd be the sort of player that would keep Helder Costa playing at his best, especially considering some of the lapses of form we've seen from him throughout this season.
