It has been another promising season for Blackburn Rovers under Tony Mowbray.
As things stand, the Lancashire side are eighth in the Championship table, five points adrift of the play-off places with 12 games of the campaign remaining, in what is just their second season since promotion from League One.
One intriguing aspect of Blackburn’s progress this season in particular, has been Mowbray’s desire to develop his team into one that is capable of playing more attractive, passing football, rather than simply playing a long ball for a target man such as Danny Graham to knock down to the likes of Bradley Dack.
Given his side’s current position in the Championship table, it does seem as though that new approach from Mowbray is starting to pay dividends for Rovers, to some extent at least.
But who have been the key figures in helping Blackburn to adopt a more effective passing game this season?
Here, we take a look at the Blackburn players with the best pass success rate this season, according to WhoScored.com (five starts or more).
