The future of Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder Rohan Ince is completely up in the air.

After showing so much promise early in his career, his progress had come to a halt at Brighton over the past two seasons.

And now that the Seagulls have won promotion to the Premier League, the powerful and dominant defensive midfielder is even more unlikely to get a look-in with their first team.

As a result, Rohan Ince could be moved on permanently in the summer transfer window.

The 24-year-old has been on loan at Swindon Town since January and he was their standout performer but couldn't prevent their relegation to League Two.

While Swindon would love to keep him, Ince will have higher aspirations and he will hope to play Championship football next season.

The former Chelsea youth product needs a fresh start; a permanent move to Queens Park Rangers would do him wonders.

Ian Holloway is keen to bolster his squad this summer and the powerful midfield presence of Rohan Ince would add a lot to his team.

Comfortable in possession and strong in the tackle, Rohan Ince is a player who has the physical attributes suited perfectly to Championship football.

With some regular playing time, he could rediscover his early career form which saw him regarded as one of the top young talents outside of the Premier League.

Ince is also capable of playing at centre half and has over 100 games in the Football League under his belt.

At the age of 24, and only rated at £638k according to transfermarkt, he still has some learning and developing to do so this could be a shrewd addition by QPR.
