Brighton and Hove Albion's place in the Premier League is all-but secured and Chris Hughton's attention will soon turn to the summer transfer window, where he'll undoubtedly have the chance to add to his squad for what looks like an exciting season ahead.

But when it comes to transfer targets, it's been relatively quiet all things considered on the South Coast but we think there's one man who has been grabbing the headlines in the Football League who deserves a chance in the top flight going forward.

The man in question? £400k-rated Oxford United winger Rob Hall, who has been at the heart of most good things we've seen from his club this season.

Despite their Checkatrade Trophy loss to Coventry earlier this month, it's been a strong season for Oxford and in particular for Hall, who has been well amongst the goals and assists for his side this season.

There's still time for Oxford to make a late charge for the play-offs but it's going to be tough, leaving Hall's future in doubt, with many at this level thinking he can play at a much higher level.

Whether he'd be ready to go straight into the Brighton side if he does make a move is yet to be seen but with his pace, skill and ability to really get at defenders, there's absolutely no reason why he shouldn't make a move higher up the leagues somewhere this summer.

But after terrifying some sides in League One this season, all it takes is someone to take a chance on the former West Ham man, who has shone this campaign.

Could it be Brighton and could he mark a replacement for Anthony Knockaert, if the winger is poached this summer?
