Ben Osborn

osborne

The Nottingham Forest midfielder rose to prominence during last season's 2-1 victory over Derby County, when he smashed in a stoppage time winner against his home town team.

Since then the Derby-born youngster's career has gone from strength to strength and having missed the opening exchanges of this season through injury and illness, he is now back as a regular member of the Forest starting line-up.

This season the 21-year-old has offered versatility to the Forest team, with Dougie Freedman opted to play him out on the left-wing on occasions, where he hasn't disappointed.

Osborn's only goal of the season so far came in the 1-1 draw away at Charlton Athletic in early January but nonetheless he is offering a lot for the Forest team at present.

Stuart Dallas

dallasss

Leeds United are currently languishing in the bottom half of the Championship but one man who certainly doesn't deserve to be there is winger Stuart Dallas, who joined the club from Brentford at the start of the season.

The ex-Bees star was signed by the Whites' former boss Uwe Rosler and has been in fine form for the team, creating chance after chance and he's been unlucky to only have one goal for his efforts so far.

If Leeds' current form persists and doesn't pick up in the early stages of next season it is natural that Dallas will be attracting Premier League interest, as he has all of the raw attributes which suggest he could play at such a level.

Barry Bannan

bannannnn

It is thought that Scotland international Barry Bannan cost Sheffield Wednesday in the region of £1 million when he switched from Crystal Palace in the summer.

If that is the case then you will be hard pushed to find a better case of money well spent in the entire Sky Bet Championship this season, given how Bannan has propelled the Owls into play-off contention.

Whilst the likes of Gary Hooper and Fernando Forestieri get all the plaudits for their goal scoring credentials, Bannan has provided perfect foil behind them as an energetic box-to-box midfielder.

A player who has played the majority of his career in the Premier League, at his current performance rate he could be back there next season with the South Yorkshire-based outfit.
