Marcelo Bielsa takes his Leeds United side to Bolton Wanderers this afternoon in the Sky Bet Championship, with the Whites looking to pile the misery on the struggling Trotters.

Leeds head to Lancashire on an excellent run of form having won their last four fixtures in the Championship.

Going up against Phil Parkinson’s struggling side, Leeds will be confident of stretching that to five and have a great chance to make another statement in the race for automatic promotion.

Samu Saiz will be absent from the Leeds squad this afternoon and looks to have played his last game for the club, whilst Leeds also have a number of injury problems to contend with.

However, there are still some impressive players on show for the promotion-chasing Whites.

Here at FLW, we take a look at THREE to look out for this afternoon…

We’ve seen Douglas consistently put in good performances at left-back this season, but he is yet to hit the heights of last season.

Douglas was outstanding for Wolves and produced some good performances against Bolton in particular.

The left-back scored in their 4-0 win at Bolton back in April and will be looking for his first Leeds goal this afternoon.

Phillips has been a star for Leeds this season, featuring in both defence and midfield.

He’s another who enjoyed some success against Bolton last year, scoring a brace from midfield on the opening day of the season.

He might not be breaking beyond the strikers today, but he will still be good to watch in a deep role.

Bamford is unlikely to be in the starting XI this afternoon but he will be on the bench.

After a lengthy lay-off, the 25-year-old scored a midweek hat-trick for Leeds’ under-23s.

If he gets minutes today he will be looking to be amongst the goals.
