If you’re a Birmingham City supporter, the chances are you’ve been strapped into the roller-coaster ride that is following the Blues for a while.
As the famous Keep Right On chant goes, there really will be joys and sorrows too. It’s been a tough few years for the Blues, with ownership difficulties dominating proceedings both on and off the pitch at times. Managers have come and gone and with funds low until new owners are found, it’s a difficult place to be, even if you’re on the touchline.
But in Gary Rowett, Birmingham City seem to have found a really sturdy manager who enjoys the job and who is doing well.
