This Sunday will mark a thrilling climax to Millwall’s whirlwind of a league campaign.

A win at mid table, Bristol Rovers, will see the Lions head to the play-offs once more.

Draw, or even defeat, may still see the team progress, but the east London club would need slip ups from rivals, Southend and Rochdale.

Millwall have had a solid season in the league, but a shock 3-0 home defeat to Oxford United last time out has seen the play-off race go down to the final day.

Neil Harris’ side will enter the fixture full of focus, and the prize for victory is a big one; a shot at promotion to the Sky Bet Championship.

The side from the Den have been stuck in League One for a couple of years now, and fans will be eager to see a return to the higher level.

Although for many in the division the season is all but over, there are potentially 4 fixtures remaining for Millwall.

Harris’ attentions will be here, but one eye may be on potential additions to the squad over the summer.

It is unclear in what division Millwall will participate next season, but this player has the ability to do a job at both levels for last year’s play-off finalists.

Since joining Swindon Town on a free transfer in 2014, Jonathan Obika has impressed with the Robins.

The former Tottenham youngster has hit 25 goals in 93 appearances for the Robins, and may be ready to return to the club he spent time with on loan way back in 2010.

The season has been tough for Obika, and his side have been relegated to League Two after an extremely disappointing campaign.

The 26-year-old will leave the club in June when his contract expires, and Millwall should consider a move for the player.

Very mobile, Obika would add another dimension to the Lions attack, and would take some of the pressure off top scorer, Lee Gregory.

The move is a low risk one, and Millwall should give Obika the opportunity to return to London, and prove that he has what it takes to succeed at a big club.
