When Swansea City waved goodbye to Graham Potter earlier this summer, their supporters would have had every right to be feeling concerned about what the 2019/20 Championship campaign had in store for their club.

Before making the decision to move to Brighton & Hove Albion, the 44-year-old enjoyed a relative amount of success at the Liberty Stadium during what his first season managing in the Football League.

Whilst the Jacks were unable to secure a play-off place earlier this year, they illustrated more than enough to suggest that they could have been on a verge of something special under the guidance of Potter.

With big shoes to fill, new boss Steve Cooper made the perfect start to life in South Wales by securing victory in his first game in charge against Hull City.

Since this game, Swansea have gone from strength to strength.

As a result of a four game winning streak in the Championship, the Jacks have moved up to first in the league standings.

Having recently defeated Leeds United on their travels, confidence will be sky high amongst the club's players heading into Saturday's clash with Nottingham Forest.

Although the season is still very much in its infancy, Cooper will already have one eye on a potential push for promotion this year.

However, in order to have the best chance of securing a return to the top-flight in 2020, it is imperative that one player in particular steps up to the mark for the Jacks.

Signed for an undisclosed fee from Manchester City in 2018 (via BBC Sport), Bersant Celina was mightily impressive for Swansea last season.

As well as providing eight assists for his team-mates, the midfielder also scored eight goals in all competitions with none more spectacular than his strike against the Citizens in the FA Cup in March.

Whilst Pep Guardiola's side went on to secure victory in this clash, Celina showcased that he is capable of producing the extraordinary when at his very best.

Although it is fair to say that he has yet to reach top-form this season, the fact that the Kosovo international has scored in two of his last three clashes suggests that he could be about to take the Championship by storm.

Providing that Celina can develop a fruitful relationship with the likes of Andre Ayew and Borja Baston over the coming months, he could end up playing a pivotal role in helping Cooper's side achieve a great deal of success in the second-tier.
