Nottingham Forest have had a plethora of managers over the course of the last decade, and Mark Warburton will go down as quite a forgetful one.

In his defence, Warburton did a reasonable job at the Reds, but all his good work was undone when he was sacked with Aitor Karanka coming in.

It seems to be a revolving door at Forest, with the wage bill sky high due to the number of managers that come in and are allowed to sign ‘their own players’.

Warburton lasted little over eight months, but still managed to make quite a lot of signings.

Here, we look at two of his worst signings at the City Ground.

Do you agree, or can you think of a worse buy he made? Let us know in the comments section below.

Jason Cummings

Jason Cummings joined the Reds after an impressive couple of seasons at Hibernian.

He signed a three-year-deal at Forest in 2017, but it wasn’t to be, with multiple loan moves away after just 14 league appearances. He is now at Luton, struggling for games.

Andreas Bouchalakis

Andreas Bouchalakis joined from Olympiacos in 2017, in what was an extremely strange move.

The Greek midfielder made a few appearances, but in truth, it was a terrible move for both player and club. He’s now back at the Greek giants.
