It's been a tough couple of months for Leeds United down at Elland Road, where their push for promotion under Garry Monk has been derailed after some poor results in the Championship.

The Whites have it all to do if they're to catch the likes of Sheffield Wednesday and Fulham in the push for the top-six and they're counting on teams losing points first and foremost.

But wherever they end up this season, it's clear that the club need to bring in some fresh faces this summer.

The Whites are expected to cash in on left-back Charlie Taylor, who has been linked with a move away from the club all summer but if they do sell up, who should they bring in to replace him?

Well, we think a cracking option in at left-back would be £1.7million-rated Crystal Palace defender Zeki Fryers, who has struggled for first-team action this season.

When Pape Souare returns over the summer, there's going to be even more competition down at Selhurst Park and we think a move to Elland Road would be fantastic for Fryers, who needs to restart his career.

The 24-year-old has lost time to make up for having sat on the bench for weeks at Palace this season but when we've seen him in the past, he's offered pace in abundance and a really hard-working attitude down that left-hand side.

At Championship level he'll be of extremely good quality indeed and he's the sort of player Leeds should certainly be keeping an eye on this summer, especially if they cash in on Taylor.
