Aston Villa are seemingly a team on a mission as they head into their play-off semi-final against West Bromwich Albion this weekend.

But it is a mission that is laced with pressure with the summer transfer window looming larger by the day and with plenty of exciting players in Dean Smith's ranks.

None more so than Jack Grealish.

The midfielder has been on electric form over the past few months, so much so that former Villa boss Tim Sherwood thinks Tottenham Hotspur should come back in for him.

In an interview with Bwin, he even went as far as to say that he is worth between £30-4omillion if he were to leave in the summer.

So, is this a fair valuation?

We discuss...

George Harbey

"I think that’s about the right price for a player of Grealish’s quality and potential.

"He is one of the best, if not the best player in the Championship and could easily fit into a top-six Premier League team in my view.

"It would be a massive task to replace him, but 30-40million worth of income would definitely help them in doing so."

Jacob Potter

"In today's market, he's worth that.

"I have to agree with Sherwood here, as Grealish is the sort of player that can change the course of a game on his own at times.

"A player that is destined for the Premier League, whether that be with Aston Villa or not, remains to be seen."

Louie Chandler

"I think it is fair.

"Logically Grealish probably is not worth quite that much but in today's market Villa could easily get that much for him.

"I would be very surprised if he stays with Villa next season if they fail to win promotion so it is sure to be an interesting summer."
