Leeds United’s recent form has put them back in contention for the play-offs and promotion in the Sky Bet Championship, with 10 points from five fixtures lifting Thomas Christiansen’s side back within four points of the top-six.  

Christiansen’s side will be hoping to put themselves back in the top-six over the festive period, when they are tasked with back-to-back home fixtures against Norwich City and Hull City, before away trips to Burton Albion and Birmingham City to see out 2017.

The Championship is already looking ahead to 2018, with the announcement of what fixtures will be televised over late January and early February, where surprisingly, no Leeds fixtures have been selected.

Leeds’ supporters have often been frustrated by their fixtures getting moved for TV coverage, with it often disrupting plans for away trips or home fixtures.

As expected, Leeds’ supporters are shocked to learn fixtures against the likes of Millwall, Cardiff City and Sheffield United have not been selected for coverage.
