Derby County are enduring a nightmare of a season.

After 13 fixtures the Rams find themselves at the bottom of the Sky Bet Championship after winning just one game so far.

That has seen Phillip Cocu sacked from his position as manager and the search for a new boss very much underway.

But unfortunately for supporters it's been an incredibly tough time.

Due to the ongoing global pandemic fans have been able to see their beloved Rams in action this term - something that has been a real blow to many in the area.

However that time away from the club looks like it could go on for a while yet.

On Thursday it was announced by Health Secretart Matt Hancock that the country would be going back into a three-tier system, with Derby set to enter tier three - the tier with the highest restrictions.

As a result Derby won't be able to welcome supporters into their stadium for home match - something that would have been allowed in limited numbers had the area been in tier one or tier two.

But while supporters are clearly disappointed, some are taking the news rather well with the light-hearted view that they'd rather not watch their team when they're playing so badly.

Quiz: Did these 17 Derby County players ever actually score a league goal for the club?
