Plenty of Aston Villa fans have reacted to a message from striker Tammy Abraham on social media, following the victory over Derby County in the Championship play-off final at Wembley.

The 21-year-old has been one of the standout players for Villa in the Championship this season, after joining on season-long loan from Chelsea in the summer, scoring 26 goals.

Villa finished fifth in the Championship table, after a club-record ten-match winning run saw them cement their position in the top six, with Abraham playing a vital role.

The striker played in all three play-off games for Villa, scoring in the first leg of their semi-final against West Brom at Villa Park and then scoring the decisive penalty in the shoot-out at the Hawthorns in the second leg.

Dean Smith's men secured their return to the Premier League with a 2-1 win over Derby, thanks to goals from Anwar El Ghazi and John McGinn.
