Tonight sees Oxford United welcome Newcastle United in an FA Cup fourth-round replay, one which many will be expecting to end in an upset.

Karl Robinson's men held the Magpies to a 0-0 draw at St. James' Park last time out and will now be confident of going one step further on their own turf this time around.

However, the club have been hit with a significant blow since then with attacking duo Shandon Baptiste and Tariqe Fosu leaving on deadline day to join Brentford.

It will make life tougher for them no doubt, but they still have the ability to win.

Here, we take a look at the XI Robinson is likely to pick for this one...

QUIZ: Can you name the season in which these 14 Oxford images were taken?

Whilst there will likely be a few tweaks to the starting XI, Oxford will almost certainly set-up with a strong XI that should be able to trouble Newcastle.

The experienced Simon Eastwood will of course remain in goal for this one after performing admirably in the previous clash, whilst there will likely only be one change to the back four, with John Mousinho coming in for Elliot Moore to play alongside Josh Ruffels, Rob Dickie and Sam Long.

Moving into midfield, Alex Gorrin could well be rested at the base of the midfield, with George Thorne coming in to replace him as he looks to mark his permanent move to the club over January.

Cameron Brannagan will keep his place and shall look to cause plenty of problems for Steve Bruce's side with his delivery. He could well be playing alongside Liam Kelly, the attacking midfielder brought in during the transfer window as well.

Expect to see Matty Taylor back in the starting line-up after returning to the bench on Saturday. Having already scored against Manchester City in the League Cup, he will be looking to add another Premier League goal to his name, and he will have the help of dynamic attackers Marcus Browne and Nathan Holland alongside him to help increase his ten-goal tally.
